What kind of place does a teen heart-throb band like the Jonas Brothers go to, when It’s About Time for a vacation? Preferably a place where there are No Lines, Vines & Trying Times - the name of their latest studio album, and what also appears to be a lifestyle choice.

Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas, along with the rest of their entourage and little brother Frankie, head straight for Paradise Island in the Bahamas, because Atlantis holds special memories.

The Jonas family has spent many vacations over the last 2 years in Atlantis, and the reason, as per Joe Jonas, is pretty simple – It’s called Paradise, and they like to hangout by the beach or poolside. Paradise Island offers both.

Once they hit the beach, all that’s required is a beach chair, a good book and a smoothie. And good music. If only vacation planning could be just as simple for everyone.

This simplicity is also at the core of their music - the songs and lyrics, the movie and TV shows – all reflect the values that the Jonas family holds dear. And this is what has helped them sell over 1 million Jonas Brothers tickets for their on-going 2009 world tour to promote the album.

That said, the squeaky clean image is certainly not something cooked up for the media. The Jonas Brothers are evangelical Christians, wear purity rings and have promised to abstain from pre-marital sex. They also reportedly don’t smoke, drink or do drugs.

So… what would you be doing on an Atlantis vacation, if you were one of the Jonas Brothers?

Things to do in Atlantis that the Jonas Brothers enjoy:-

1. Aquaventure – From a 60 ft. near-vertical drop from the top of the world-famous and iconic Mayan Temple to the pulse-pounding Power Tower, Aquaventure boasts the best multiple high-speed water slides in the Carribean, a mile-long river ride with rolling rapids and waves, a spectacular kids water-play fort and 11 unique and refreshing pools.

2. Dolphin Cay – Swim with dolphins rescued after Hurricane Katrina. You can either goof with the dolphins in a shallow water interaction section, or use snorkels and a water scooter to swim with the dolphins in deep water. You can spend a day with a trainer, learning how to feed and care for the dolphins and sea lions.

3. Pools & Beaches – Atlantis offers 20 distinct swimming areas for everything from zero-entry and children’s pools to free-form and formal pools. There’s also the 7-acre Paradise Lagoon for snorkeling, paddle boats and other water sports.  Paradise Logoon, along with Cove Beach, also is at the core of a holiday in Atlantis – the beach experience.

In case you’re wondering, the Jonas Brothers also travel to Atlantis for concerts. They’ve already performed twice this year – once in March and then again in May. No better way for the Jonas Brothers to enjoy a Busman’s Holiday in Atlantis.
